Who we are

Stallion Driving School provides driving tuition from Bramcote Lane, Wollaton, Nottingham, NG8 2NJ. We are the data controller for the personal details described below. You can reach us on 07412 387888 or at info@stalliondrivingschool.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send a booking request through this website we ask for, and store, the details you type into the form:

• Your name, mobile number and email address
• Your postcode, so we know where you would like to be picked up
• Your driving experience, the lesson you want and the transmission
• Your preferred date and time
• Anything you add in the notes field

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that message.

Why we hold it

To arrange, deliver and keep track of your driving lessons — replying to your request, agreeing a time, arranging payment, and contacting you if a lesson needs to move. In data protection terms this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to perform that contract once lessons are booked.

We do not sell your details, we do not share them for marketing, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Who else sees it

• Our email provider. Booking requests are emailed to the instructor, so they pass through the email service that delivers the message.
• WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
• Our website host. Standard server logs, which may include your IP address, are generated when you visit the site.

How long we keep it

Booking requests and lesson records are kept while we are arranging or delivering your lessons, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records and any tax or insurance obligations. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will do it where we are not required to keep them.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. No third-party tracking scripts run on these pages.

If you open an embedded map or video, that content is served by a third party which may set its own cookies. Those embeds only load when you interact with them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, or object to how we are using them. Contact us at info@stalliondrivingschool.co.uk and we will respond.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
